Debbie Fan is a Chinese-American actress born who was raised in Salt Lake City, UT but has called Los Angeles "home" for many years. in addition to acting she is active in the dog rescue community as a volunteer and board member of Downtown Dog Rescue and she has been a shelter volunteer with LA Animal Services since 2005.
